Job Description / Responsibility
- Manage & co-ordinate all administrative matters.
- Liaison with different government offices.
- Ensure that all license and lease agreement are renewed timely.
- Provide logistics supports in day to day administrative work and arrange special events.
- Ensure all office supplies particularly office stationery.
- Oversee Visitor Management, Courier Management, Conference/Meetings Arrangement, Travel & Accommodation Arrangement, Security personnel & menial staff Management.
- Ensure all the office utility services including Electricity, Gas, Telephone, Water etc. are available at all time.
- Monitor & follow-up the cleanliness of the office.
- Manage employees dinning facility.
- Other administrative tasks as & when assigned by the Management time to time.
Masters/ BBA in any discipline. Retired Army Person shall get preference.
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Office Management, Security Management, Administration, Logistic Management, Transport Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
- Ability to manage large number of workforce.
- Knowledge in all facets of Administration.
- Computer Literate.
