Job Description / Responsibility
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection.
  • Prepares employees for work assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by coordinating with line managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling training programs with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance,and equity within organization.
  • Support the Administration of training and staff development initiative which includes arranging in house training-courses.
  • Planning events or activities regularly or on some occasions, getting those approved by senior management and implementing those.
  • Provide day to day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR related queries, requests and OPPO global policies and procedures.

Educational Requirements
  • BBA/ Graduation or MBA/ Masters majored in HRM from any reputed University with good academic background.
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Organization Development/Process Improvement
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skill and leadership quality.
  • Well-known to crisis management and conflict resolution management
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Advanced computer and software skills, especially Excel and familiarity with web based recruitment.
  • An excellent network among human resource professionals and related services industries; training, mentoring, counseling etc.
  • High tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and on-going change
  • Process improvement mindset to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the services offered.
  • Resilient under pressure and self-motivated in a fast paced and demanding environment.
