Applications are invited from suitable candidate for the following position to implement the Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP)project funded by ADB, SDC & Bangladesh Government (BTMA part) for project duration only.

Designation: Coordinator (Monitoring & Evaluation) 60,000/= only per month

The candidate must have minimum B.Sc. Degree in Textile Engineering from any recognized public / private university with at least 5 years of direct experience in production floor and 3 years of experience in coordination and monitoring of training program Or Minimum 4 years Diploma course in Textile Engineering with CGPA not less than 3.00. Candidate with strong background in Monitoring & Evaluation Or Training will be preferred.
  • He / She should have ability to prepare monitoring plan, work plan, reporting formats etc. and well capable to develop deferent monitoring tools based on own field experience.
  • Be able to work with online monitoring system.
  • The candidate must have fair knowledge on MS Office, Internet and ability to work independently with computer.
  • He/ She also should have a very good oral and written communication skill in English & Bengali.
  • Must have good documentation skill.
  • Ability to generate progress reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Ability to work under pressure / complex situation and complete own task before deadline.
  • Good knowledge in different trades in Textile Technology.
  • Age must be below 40 years on 31st. December 2016.
 Job Responsibility:
The coordinator (M&E) will develop effective monitoring tools to monitor project training and other activities. He / She will prepare performance monitoring plan and reporting formats as per project requirements. He / She will monitor all project activities; prepare monthly, quarterly and annual activities report(s), participate in deferent types of monitoring & Evaluation related meetings with the donor agencies. He / She should perform any other tasks as & when assigned by the chief coordinator / project authority/donor.
  • The ideal candidate will have to visit training venues / textile mills / factory level frequently, at least 04 days in a week or more and must have capacity to develop intimate relationship with factory personnel to outsource the training and other project activities as well.
  • To maintain regular coordination & Liaison with factory / training institute level to facilitate training properly and successfully.
  • To monitor ongoing training at the factory / institute level i.e. textile mills as and where located in Bangladesh.
  • To prepare, organize and facilitate orientation meetings /training /sharing meetings/ seminars /workshops etc. as & when required.
  • To prepare and keep all documentation related to the project activities.
  • Will assist, cooperate and support all concern to achieve the project goals.
