Job Description / Responsibility
  • The duties and responsibilities includes, but not limited to:
  • Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
  • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies for the HR Department and other areas of the organisation
  • Payroll administration
  • Knowledgeable regarding compensation, benefits and performance management systems
  • Ability to perform man power analysis in the different areas
  • Leave and attendance management
  • Update and maintain employee personal file
  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
  • Advise management on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes
  • Analyze and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices
  • Analyze training needs to design employee development and health and safety programs
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Maintain records concerning personnel-related data
  • Forecast future staffing and organizational needs
  • Ability to coach and motivate employees
  • Manage a number of requests and tasks at one time and must be prepared to deal with emergencies and stressful situations at any time
  • Complete all tasks timely and accurately
Job Nature

Educational Requirements
Masters or MBA (major in HRM). PGDHRM will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Club, Hotel
Job Requirements
  • Experience in hospitality industry will be given preference
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s), General HR rules and practice, Bangladesh Labor
  • Law, Leave management skill, payroll management skill, sound knowledge about insurance procedure and practice
  • Should have excellent interpersonal skill, good leadership quality and good command over written & spoken English
  • Ready to work under stress & pressure
  • A logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense, literacy & organizational skills
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR department and at least 5 years as a manager
