Senior Manager — Monitoring, Evaluation and Research, READ (1 position based in Dhaka) This position will be responsible for systematically building the evidence based READ; bringing quantitative and qualitative data or findings to bear in steering the project towards effectiveness and results. S/he will work with partners and other stakeholders to build and maintain an M&E system using appropriate tools and techniques, as well as assure data quality across the project. ensuring a process to check data quality regularly. S/he will conduct and/or manage evaluations and research studies, communicate findings and generate reports in line with USAID reporting guideline.
Manager — MEAL, READ (I position based in Dhaka) This position is responsible to ensure efficient and effective M&E system is in place for three sub projects of READ: Bangladesh Children Book Initiative, Quality Educators for Every Child and Beyond Access Bangladesh. S/he will take the lead to develop M&E framework with appropriate tools, techniques and indicators and will be responsible for tracking the three projects’ progress.
Manager — Program Operations, READ (I position based in Naogaon) This position will be mainly responsible for leading and managing the project activities in Naogaon District, providing intensive support to the PNGO for smooth and quality implementation of the overall project interventions. Major responsibilities include, identifying strategies to improve the project activities and working with Government community and other stakeholders to ensure quality implementation and also ensure program quality through continuous technical input, capacity building and project monitoring & reporting.
Deputy Manager — Documentation, READ (I position based in Dhaka) This position will be responsible for documentation of events, program learning, processes, and outcomes of the READ project. S/he will contribute to regular outputs such as donor reports, monthly newsletters, quarterly sectoral reports and website updates. This position will also take responsibility for knowledge management. ensuring that all key documents and records are filed and stored —electronically and hard copy. maintain a large image archive.
