-The sequence of execution:
 Step 1: Full file prepared in accordance with the law.
 Step 2: Filing in Phu Yen Economic Zone Authority.
 The civil servants receiving files, check the validity and content of files:
+ The case of valid files, write a receipt and an appointment to receive results.
+ The case of files are incomplete, the civil servants receiving files explain, guide for the filing of additional file in accordance with the regulation.
 Time receiving files during working hours from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Step 3: Pay results in Phu Yen Economic Zone Authority.
- How to: Directly in Phu Yen Economic Zone Authority.

a) File components include:
+ Request for contractworkers receive training(form);
 
+ Copies of labor contracts receive training,translation in Vietnamese;
+Documents evidencing the sending laborers to work overseas in accordance with the law of the labor-receiving countries;
+ A copy of the certificate of business registration;
          + Certificate of deposit of enterprises by commercial bank which pay a security business.


b) Number of files: 01 set.
-Time resolved: 10 working days  since the date of receiving enough valid files.

           + Circular No. 21/2007/TT-BLDTBXH dated /8/2007of Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Welfare providing detailed regulations guidingthe implementation of some articles ofthe Vietnam Labor Law to work overseas under contractand Decree No. 126/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government providing detailed regulations on guiding some articles of the Vietnam Labor Law to work overseas under contract.
