  1. GM – Head of Sales and Marketing (Post-01)

Responsibilities: Lead the Sales and Marketing Department of RLDL, formulate and develop sales strategy and policy, achieve sales target as per Annual Business plan. Educational Requirements: MBA/Post Graduation (Preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University. PGDMM from BIM will be given an extra advantage. Experience: At least 15 Years of which 3 years in similar position with proven track record in Real Estate.

  1. Manager/ Assistant Manager – Legal (Post- 04)

Responsibilities: Provide legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents. Appear before the Court in respect of any issue in favor of company. Educational Qualification: LL.B (Hons) from any reputed university. Must be enrolled in Bangladesh Bar Council as advocate. Experience: At least 7 years of which 2 years in similar Position with proven track record in Real Estate.

  1. Manager / Assistant Manager – Registration (Post-02)

Responsibilities: Regular effective communication and coordination with the company’s project wise concern land office, sub-register office to complete the registration on behalf of projectland file. Educational Requirements: MBA/Post Graduation in any subject from any reputed Universityr Experience: At least 7 years of which 2 years in similar Position with proven track record in Rear Estate.

  1. Manager / Assistant Manager – Regulatory Affairs (Post-02)

Responsibilities: Provide services or all regulatory a airs and utility work related to Ian. projects. Educational Requirements: Graduation in any discipline. Experience: At least 7 years of which 2 years in similar Position with proven track record in Real Estate.

  1. Manager / Assistant. Manager – Credit Realization (Post-02)

Responsibilities: Formulate and initiate action plan to achieve collection target as set by the Manage-ment time to time. To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales. Educational Requirements: MBA/Post Graduation in any subject from any reputed University. Ex •erience: At least 7 ears of which 2 ears in similar Position with roven track record in Real Estate.

  1. Manager/ Assistant Manager – Land Procurement (Post-03)

Responsibilities: Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement. Capable of doing feasibility regarding procurement of land. Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners. Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline from any reputed university. Ex rience: At least 7 ears of which 2 ears in similar Position with • roven track record in Real Estate.

  1. Senior Executive / Executive – Land Procurement (Post-06)

Responsibilities: Land purchase with sufficient knowledge on all land related issues. Educational Requirements: Masters in any discipline from any reputed university. Ex • rience: At least 3 ears world e • rience in similar bb in Real Estate.

  1. Senior Executive / Executive – Sales (Post-10)

The incumbent is exoected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement Education : Graduation (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Ex ‘rience: At least 3 ears world • e rience in similar’. in Real Estate.

  1. Senior Executive/ Executive – Estate (Post-08)

Responsibilities: Assist variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business activities and prepare various kinds of legal agreement i. e. MOU, DOA, POA etc. Educational Requirements: Graduation in any discipline. Experience: At least 3 ears workin•experience in similar ‘ b in Real Estate.

  1. Surveyor (Post 02)

Responsibilities: Conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries properties. Prepare and Maintenance of all data, charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to surveys. Educational Requirements: Diploma in Survey from any reputed institution. Experience: At least 3 years working experience in similar job in Real Estate.
