Banglalink Job - Head of Shared Services

Major Responsibilities
Responsible to oversee Shared Service Management starting from joining to Separation, banking facilities, employee benefit, insurance and leave management
Oversee Payroll and Benefits Administration
Direct team to deliver HR services, procedures and processes that are considered value added, measurable, directly tied to business objectives and aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction.
Oversee Salary Increments and Promotion cycles operations
Direct team with provident fund management as per Company policy
Act as owner of End-of-service benefits & fund management
Ensure end to end expatriates management
Guide team to scrutinize employee information management and ensure proper employee data archiving
Ensures there is a positive internal and external working relationship within the HR Shared Service team and with internal stakeholders by frequently communicating and soliciting feedback with both parties
Oversee employee Taxes management and related regulations
Act as owner in providing different reporting for OPEX, headcount, diversity, turnover, joining & separation, leave, overtime etc.
Oversee & re-engineer Insurance Administration process for the easement of employees
Work with leadership to negotiate service level objectives, identify additional service offerings, department needs or opportunities for improvement.
Responsible for maintaining all compliancy requirements of HR transactional processes and services
Work with the business and HR to identify opportunities for improvement in the service and expansion of the services provided to the HR and other stakeholders
Required Academic Qualifications
Minimum BBA from any reputed university
Required Experience
7-9 years of experience (inclusive of at least 4 years under Shared Services arena)
Required Knowledge & Skills
Excellent management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate others in accomplishing goals
Possesses ability to manage multiple project plans successfully and simultaneously
Committed towards goals and objectives by motivating and building a team
Capable to deal with interpersonal conflict and stressful work conditions
