Banglalink Job - Head of Rewards

Major Responsibilities
Work closely with the Head of Department and leadership team to develop and implement a new pay and reward strategy as well as supporting policies and practices.
Ensure alignment of benefits in line with changing needs of the industry and ensure competitive/attractive offerings for all employees
Act as owner of the governance framework and update it as per changing business needs
Validate IPE evaluation of new and changed roles and provide PC recommendations to Management and map role to the approved Band Structure
Conduct pay and benefits benchmarking to ensure Company’s pay structure is competitive in regards to domestic market and compliant to its remuneration philosophy
Ensure accurate provisioning and budgeting exercise is carried out to ensure necessary fund availability in different budget forecast sessions within budget constraints
Develop rewards philosophy and direct team to execute performance management cycle as per the timeline and to implement performance culture
Take responsibility for the design and delivery of the bonus and sales incentive schemes and processes and recognition arrangements in line with business targets for the commercial department
Required Academic Qualifications
Minimum BBA from any reputed university
Required Experience
7-9 year of experience (inclusive of at least 6 year under C&B or Rewards)
Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong numerical and advanced analytical and Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with teams and senior mangers
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both oral and written
Excellent influencing skills and credibility at senior level
Ability to work under pressure and priorities own work as well as that work of others
Strong knowledge in MS Office
