নন ক্যাডারের তিন পদে নিয়োগের ফল প্রকাশ

সরকারি কর্মকমিশনের (পিএসসি) সহকারী পরিচালক, স্বাস্থ্য প্রকৌশল অধিদপ্তরের সহকারী প্রকৌশলী এবং সরকারের বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রণালয় ও অধিদপ্তরের সহকারী প্রোগ্রামার পদের নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। আজ বৃহস্পতিবার পিএসসি এসব ফল প্রকাশ করে।

পিএসসির চেয়ারম্যান মোহাম্মদ সাদিক  বলেন, ‘বর্তমানে ৩৬তম বিসিএসের মৌখিক পরীক্ষা চলছে। পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন নন ক্যাডার পদে দ্রুত নিয়োগের কাজ চলছে। এ ছাড়া ৩৫তম বিসিএস থেকে নন ক্যাডার পদের নিয়োগের কার্যক্রম চলমান রয়েছে। পিএসসির কর্মকর্তারা দ্রুত ফল প্রকাশের জন্য সাপ্তাহিক ছুটির দিনেও কাজ করছেন।

পিএসসির প্রকাশিত ফল অনুযায়ী, পিএসসি সচিবালয়য়ের সহকারী পরিচালক হিসেবে নিয়োগ পেয়েছেন দুজন। একজনের ফল স্থগিত রাখা হয়েছে। স্বাস্থ্য ও পরিবারকল্যাণ মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীন স্বাস্থ্য প্রকৌশল অধিদপ্তরের সহকারী প্রকৌশলী (পুর) পদে নিয়োগ পেয়েছেন সাতজন।

এ ছাড়া প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ের অধীন এনজিও বিষয়ক ব্যুরো, নির্বাচন কমিশন সচিবালয়, স্বরাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়, রেলপথ মন্ত্রণালয়, অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয়ের জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ডসহ আরও কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দপ্তরের ২৭ জন সহকারী প্রোগ্রামার নিয়োগ পেয়েছেন।

এর আগে ২৯ মার্চ প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের আওতাধীন প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদপ্তরের সহকারী উপজেলা ও থানা শিক্ষা অফিসার পদে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা ও ক্ষুদ্র নৃগোষ্ঠী কোটায় ১৫৯ জনকে নিয়োগের সুপারিশ করে ফলাফল প্রকাশ করে পিএসসি।

পিএসসি বলছে, আগে নন ক্যাডার পদে এর আগে অনেক সময় লাগলেও বর্তমানে অনলাইন আবেদন গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে এ পরীক্ষার প্রতিটি ধাপে সময় কমানো সম্ভব হচ্ছে। এ ছাড়া একই ক্যাটাগরির অধিকসংখ্যক পদের প্রার্থীদের জন্য নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার ফলাফল স্বল্প সময়ে প্রকাশের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে সার্চ ইঞ্জিন।

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Applying a Security Risk Management approach, this position will be responsible to ensure safety and security management of all SCI staff and properties (both leased and own) in compliance with SCI policies & standards.
  • Execution of his/her tasks will be required a strong coordination with the DCD-Program Operations and Country Director.
  • The position holder will also be responsible to maintain all safety and security equipment, as part of his/her responsibility, s/he will be responsible for threat analysis and security risk mitigation, work closely with operations regarding specific security risks and threats related to programme and project implementation.
  • S/he will also actively promote SCI safety & security policy and standards through orientation programs in coordination with Human Resources, and work with the Partnership Management team to enhance partner organizations’ capacity in safety security management at their organization.

Master’s Degree, preferably in Management/Business Studies or relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 7 year(s)
Job Requirements
  • At least 7 years of working experience in safety and security in reputed large organization, preferably in any international environment, including 3 years in management positions.
  • Experience in working with law enforcement and security forces will be an advantage.
  • Cross-functional working experience is highly desirable, especially related to areas like Crisis Management, Business Continuity and Organizational Resilience.
  • S/he is expected to have excellent understanding on the safety and security management, technical skills on introducing S&S measures and precautions, excellent communication and training facilitation skill both in English & Bangla, have the ability to manage any emergency and critical situation.
